EXCHANGE POLICY 

We have a 15-day exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a exchange.

To exercise the right to a exchange the products must meet the following requirements:

  • They must not be worn, washed or damaged
  • They must have the original tags. That is why we suggest checking carefully  the products before wearing  them.
  • The products must be returned in their original packaging
  • You must submit the proof of payment (receipt)

 

To start a exchange, you can contact us at foreverlatinfashion@outlook.com or by Whatssapp at 1204-3816376 If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 COMPLAINT ABOUT QUALITY

Whenever the products are used correctly, they may be changed within a maximum period of fitting  (15) days from the date that states in the receipt of the product. Products purchased in promotion do not apply for changes or refunds of money.

In such case that there are problems of quality, we will recognize the fix or change of the item. 

Before making a claim for quality, we invite you to consult the most common reasons for rejection of the requests:

  • The time limit of fitting (15) days after the purchase was delivered were exceeded.
  • You do not follow the washing and care instructions of the product.
  • You used chemicals or bleach in the wash.
  • It is dyed by directly drying in the sun.
  • The product is altered or modified by the client and therefore, its shape was affected.
  • The print, accessories or embroidery were ironed.
  • Normal wear of the product.
  • The design of the product has an artisan process that makes each jeans unique and with irregular finishes between the same lots.

 


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
